In your first session, you will undergo a comprehensive assessment including a number of physical and strength testing. Mark will take a thorough case history looking at the cause, lifestyle as well as  what makes you unique. From here, Mark’s focus is devising your treatment plan, including a hands on treatment and rehabilitation exercise and principles.

Sports therapy is a great way to help those who work in an office or had a recent physical injury ( e.g. sprains or strains) that is causing pain, aches or impacting on the quality of life. It is recommended for everyone, from individuals who play sport at all levels or/and have an active lifestyle to those who want to return to work or improve their quality of life in general.

Rated 5 out of 5

Seeing Mark regularly for Tuina has been life changing after several years of lower back pain and SI joint pain. Mark has been a key therapist on my road back to recovery. His skill and sensitivity as well as passion for his craft seeps through each and every treatment, and I can not recommend him enough. He always tailors the treatment to my needs on the day; deep work or a more gentle touch, and I always leave feeling refreshed and with an improvement in my symptoms. I warmly recommend Mark.
